Ian is a proud seventh-generation Washingtonian with deep local roots. As the principal and founder of Sloane Street, he specializes in the sales and marketing of new homes and development projects in DC, Maryland, and Virginia.

Prior to founding Sloane Street, Ian worked for a boutique development firm focusing on urban condominium projects in DC, as well as a Bethesda based luxury homebuilder. These experiences provided him with an intimate understanding of both the acquisition and development process as well as the sale and marketing of new homes.

His ability to provide strategic market insight is underpinned by a commitment to providing unparalleled service and a personalized approach tailored to each client’s specific needs and goals.

Ian is a graduate of Gonzaga College High School and Tulane University. He is a licensed Realtor in DC, Maryland, and Virginia.
